Brian and Kathy Klodt of Burlington Ontario have embarked on a journey to restore and preserve their four Heritage Homes on Nelson Ave in downtown Burlington, known as “Gables On The Park”. Built as summer cottages in the late 1800’s and situated in one Burlington’s best downtown locations just steps to Spencer Smith Park, these homes have been likened to the famous Victorian Row homes of San Francisco, the “Painted Ladies”. It is their desire to create a Burlington landmark street-cape that will be preserved for generations to come, in beautiful downtown Burlington.

Brian and Kathy live in one of the Gable Houses known as the "Klodt House", ensuring prompt attention to any needs you may have during your stay.   We have over 25 years experience in owning, renting and maintaining rental properties and it is our desire to provide you excellent and courteous service.    If there is anything you need or questions you have during your stay, please let us know!
